a sleek, modular desk lamp designed for mood lighting in workspace environments. 

 

this compact design features a minimalist base with an inner white shade and outer shade that mirrors the base colour with elegant vertical patterning. 

 

designed for low-heat LED bulbs (max 25w) to ensure optimal performance, longevity, and safety. perfect for desktop workspaces, offering focused illumination with a sophisticated presence.

 

important · make sure that:

  • your filament is dry and calibrated
  • your build plate is properly clean so that there aren't adhesions issues and lifts during the print
  • this design is optimised to print with a 0.8 nozzle, which is highly recommended, it can potentially also be printed with a .6 nozzle (increasing the default layer width), but don't recommend printing with a 0.4 nozzle the shades, as those are designed to be printed in vase mode and require a higher layer width
  • this lamp is provided “as‑is.” users are solely responsible for ensuring that the final build is safe, complies with local electrical codes, and is used in a manner consistent with their own risk tolerance. use this design at your own risk. no liability is accepted for any damage or injury

 

assembly

  • use a E14 light fixture kit and put the socket through the base
  • secure the inner shade to the base using the light socket threaded connector, aligning before a tightening fully
  • add the lamp
  • add the outer shade (it will slide over the inner shade)
  • finally guide the power cord through the cutout slot
