10" Raspberry Pi Cluster Rack

This is a 10" 4U rack for my Raspberry Pi cluster. I designed it to be printable on my MK4S where the 10" pieces will fit diagonally across the bed.

It allows for 4 Raspberry PIs ( I have Raspberry Pi 4/5 boards ) mounted on sleds with a separate sled for a specific 200w charger with 4xUSB-C and 4xUSB-A connectors plus a 5v-powered gigabit switch.

You will need to print:

• 2xSide Panel
• 4xPi Sled
• 1xNetwork and Power Sled
• 5xCombination of Front Panels.

There is 1 panel that has some ingress spacing for cables that won't fit through the cosmetic hexagons.

Screw holes are M3 on the case and 2.5mm on the Raspberry Pi sleds. I have included the .STEP files if you want to resize those holes to be more standard for rack cases.
