LEGO saddle adapters for all FlexiDino models

This is where you can download all the LEGO saddle adapters. The saddles take quite a while to design, so it will take some time to complete them all. They'll be updated as soon as they're finished. A table with all FlexiDinos and their saddle's statuses can be found below.

There are a lot of parameters to consider to get the LEGO studs right, and I think they might only work properly on my printer. If you need any alterations because the LEGO bricks don't fit properly, please let me know. I'll try to fix them and add the modified files here.

Print instructions for your FlexiDinos

LEGO minifigures are roughly 1:50 scale; FlexiDinos are 1:100 scale. This means that, to achieve the correct relative size, you have to print your FlexiDinos at 200%.

General print instructions for the saddles

Material

The best material is ABS, as it's the same stuff that LEGO is made of. I'd recommend using PETG at least, as it's less brittle than PLA and sturdier, but PLA works too.

Supports

The files include supports. Remove them after printing. If you want to disable them, deactivate 'STÜTZE' in the slicer.

Tolerances

Each file comes in three versions with different stud tolerances. See the file descriptions and choose the one that fits your printer. If you need a file with a different tolerance, please contact me and I will modify it and add it here.

Print instructions for Filip the flexi Parasaurolophus model and saddle

• Download the original Parasaurolophus model here.
• Choose your scale. 
  1) 1:50 is the accurate ratio for LEGO Minifigures, the FlexiDino needs to be printed at 200 % size. 
  2) 1:100 is the standard size for FlexiDinos. Print your FlexiDino at 100% size.
• Print the dinosaur at 100% or 200%.
• Choose the correct scale for the saddle and print it.
• Attach the saddle to the fifth segment (counting from the head)
• Start attaching LEGO bricks!

Print instructions for Tessa the flexi T-Rex model and saddle

• Download the original T-Rex model here (paid and improved version) or here (lame and free version).
• Choose your scale.
