Alle Bauteile Drucken:

„Box-Oberteil“ und „Box-Unterteil“ aus PLA, 2 Mal „Klammer“, „Feder“ und „Schnalle“ aus PET-G oder ASA. Die großen Teile können ebenfalls aus PET-G gedruckt werden, darauf achten, dass dann die übrigen Teile aus ASA zu drucken sind.

Zusammmenbau: „Box-Oberteil“ und „Box-Unterteil“ aufeinander legen, dann Zahnräder aufeinander abrollen, ca. 90° Öffenen, beide “Klammern” einschnappen. Box komplett öffnen, “Schnalle” in „Box-Unterteil“ einschnappen, Feder ansetzen, in Unterseite “Schnalle” einsetzen, dann Schnalle senkrecht ausrichten und Feder einfalten und dabei aus der Ebene herausbewegen um sie anschnließend in Schnalle einzulegen.

Print all parts:

“Box-Oberteil” and “Box-Unterteil” in PLA, 2 times “Klammer”, “Feder” and “Schnalle” in PET-G or ASA. You can print the large parts in PET-G as well, just make sure to print the rest in ASA.

Assembly: Place the „Box-Oberteil“ and „Box-Unterteil“ on top of each other, then roll the gears onto each other to open the box by approximately 90°, snap both “Klammern” into place. Open the box completely, snap the “Schnalle" into the „Box-Unterteil“, attach the “Feder”, insert it into the lower side of the “Schnalle", then align the buckle vertically and roll the “Feder” into place, move it out of the plain and move it into the “Schnalle".
