Celebrate the season with these intricately designed bell-shaped ornaments, featuring five variants of open geometric patterns in spiral, lattice, and linear styles. Each bell is optimized for 3D printing and maximum visual impact. Whether hung on a tree, in a window, or as part of a festive garland, these lightweight designs bring a modern twist to traditional holiday decor.
Printing Tips:
No Supports or brim needed.
Printing one at a time gives you best chance for success compared to all at once.
Size is scalable. I was able to scale down to 75% and it printed well in PLA with 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height.
For an optional bulkier look, horizontal expansion (XY size compensation) of ~1mm can be added.
You can scale the height relative to lateral dimensions to ease the overhang angles.
The lattice variants are easiest to print.
A small amount of stringing may result, a handheld torch is useful to deal with it.
The 3D models were created programmatically by me using OpenSCAD. I have come across similar designs that loosely inspired me. My designs were from scratch so I would classify them as original creations instead of remixes. Nonetheless, I would like to acknowledge the other designs and offer links as other available style choices for the audience:

And one last bonus, if you like the belt hanger and hook that are holding the bells (as pictured in some of my photos), they too can also be 3D-printed from my models; see my Household collection:
