Here’s a simple leveling stand for a MEVO Gen2 golf launch monitor. There is a slight amount of X-Y wiggle room in the tray area so it’s easy to make very fine left-right adjustments without having to re-level the unit. I didn’t add a bubble level to the stand itself as that function seems better served by a separate clip-on level. (https://www.printables.com/model/1464936-flightscope-mevo-gen2-level)

PLA+ was used for all parts. PrusaSlicer 0.20mm SPEED profile, 0.4mm nozzle, 3 perimeters, and 15% Grid infill. All parts printed easily without supports. While PrusaSlicer may throw a warning about low bed adhesion for the ACME screws, I haven’t had a problem over several test prints. It’s probably worth washing the print bed first with soap and water just to be sure.

The knobs are a light press fit on the screws and should hold without gluing them together. Note the hole in the knobs is a rectangle, not a square.

If the screws are slightly tight in the stand, the best way I’ve found to achieve smooth movement with printed parts is to lube them with a dry bicycle chain lube. It’s basically wax dissolved in a fast-evaporating solvent. I haven’t noticed any detrimental effects on PLA+ or PETG.

Edit - When hitting from a mat sometimes I need the stand to be higher. I added a leg extension and a coupler to the model. This works better than using longer one-piece screws as the stand fits in my bag with the original screws installed. If anyone wants a longer one-piece custom screw just ask.

Same printing instructions as before. Print the coupler upright of course. Glue the extension into coupler about two threads deep.

STEP files are included in case you want to make some changes.
