maps Bed Leveling whit handle

Recently i lost all my 3D data and didn't had a backup.

Usually i used a similar bed leveling test for de BLtouch but i couldnt find it anywhere. So i designed one. This has a little handle to inspect the print leveling while extruding. I like that a lot.

Fully designed on OrcaSlicer to facilitate future editing's directly on the slicer.
