Electraft KX3 radio - LiPO Battery and Charger PCB Holder

The two parts house a 3S LiPo Battery and a PCB I designed to allow for the internal charging of the battery much like is done in the KX2 radio.

This is remix of Stephan Gollubs original design.   I optimized the holder area for a little more clearance for the battery and expanded the right hand side to allow for the mounting of my PCB.

The battery retainer board was also modified squeak out a little more clearance as well.

For the battery holder, I removed the material under the flat part of the battery to create a bit more clearance.  I added contour/large radius in the battery compartment area.  I was able to reduced most of the wall heights around the battery.   Expanded the area to the right of the compartment to mount my custom designed charging board which mimic the charging function found in the KX2 radio line.

For the retainer board, I added some additional clear in the lower right hand corner.  I lowered the height of the the existing standoff.  I added another standoff around the existing lefthand mounting hole and added a profile for using a countersunk screw to add a little more clearance in the battery area.
