Hello everyone,
Here’s my latest creation — something I needed myself: a motorcycle glove holder!
Mounting:
It attaches underneath a shelf using two countersunk wood screws, M4x20 mm minimum (be careful not to drill through your shelf :p — the plastic thickness is 12.5 mm).
The cutting file comes with a guide plate showing the direction and position of the drilling holes. The side indicated by the arrow should line up with the edge of the shelf during drilling for the best result!
Material:
I don’t recommend using PLA — prefer PETG, ABS, ASA, or similar materials.
Usage:
It’s specifically designed for gloves with gauntlets (racing gloves, winter gloves), but it should also work with shorter gloves.
Size:
My gloves are size M (European size) — both heated winter gloves and summer gloves fit perfectly.
I believe S to XL sizes will work fine.
If you have very small (XXS) or very large (XXL) gloves, please let me know whether the model works properly.
If not, I’ll provide resized versions accordingly :)
Settings:
The holder feels very sturdy while keeping filament consumption optimized as provided.
The AMS section is just decorative — if you don’t have one or don’t want to use it, simply print both colors with the same filament.
