while several mounts exist for each of these boards, none have a standardized mounting hole pattern - until now.

while working on various projects involving different btt manta series control boards, i noticed that there was a severe lack of standardization in the mounting hole pattern in each of the control board mounts i found, including from btt/biqu themselves.  having such standardization definitely is not a requirement, considering the plethora of paths to the same basic outcome that members of our community have implemented quite successfully over the years, but having such standardization generally leads to more such standardization which can make our lives a bit easier over time.

given the general lack of standardization, i noticed that only one din rail mount is consistently used for more than just the one electronic component for which it was designed:  the ssr din rail mount which uses m4 hardware, standard.  as such, the physical dimensions of the mount as depicted below became the basis for the mounting hole pattern & i have started using them to great effect - lower profile ssr din rail mounts are freely available here on printables & elsewhere to reduce the footprint between the rail & the top of your electronics compartments, but are not strictly necessary as you can also design mounting studs into any projects which require them.  your m3 mounting hardware is intended to cut its own threads in the plastic in order to secure the board to this mount.

the goal of these mounts wasn't just to design a standardized mounting system for manta control boards, but to do so with different configurations in mind.  some machine designs work better when the control board length is in line with the din rail - use the horizontal version.  some designs work better when the control board length is perpendicular to the din rail - use the vertical version.  if you design your own electronics compartment to use studs instead of din rails, use whichever you see fit & simply space the studs appropriately to use the mount of your choice - being implemented on two new machine builds i've been working on which will be published soon (corexy using manta m5p & corexz using manta e3ez, respectively).

these mounts work great in combination with many of the cooling solutions which have been developed for this control board series as well, so feel free to combine as you see fit - i am also developing my own for some of them, which may or may not be published sometime in the future, though i personally use the m8p cooler from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6621270 on my e3ng.  if desired, i'm happy to create additional mounts of this type for other boards, including from other manufacturers.

voron pif settings & abs or better recommended for best results.
