Grizzly jointer dust collector adapter plate

I work at a makerspace and the original plate to connect the Grizzly g0543 jointer to the dust collection system was destroyed.  It is available for purchase, but I work in a makerspace after all so I drew this up and printed it out of PETG.  It seems to be holding up so I am putting it out there hopefully someone will get some use out of it.
