Here are some floating rings and frames designed to delimit areas on the surface of an aquarium.
This allows light to pass through areas of floating plants, or conversely, lets you keep the plants inside to prevent them from spreading. It's also useful for containing floating fish food.
In the downloadable files, you will find a ring format and a rectangular format with rounded corners. Each model comes in several sizes, from 100 to 300 mm in 50 mm increments.
They are all designed to be printed in Vase Mode (Spiral), with the widest continuous face placed on the print bed (the slicer should automatically orient the model this way).
For the printing material, I recommend using the least dense one you have available (for better buoyancy). I personally use ABS, but it should work with other types of plastics. Other than that, the printing parameters are of little importance. It works very well with a 0.4 mm nozzle at maximum layer height and line width.
