Parametric Battery Holder (Vase Mode, Fast Print)

This model is a fully parametric battery holder created in Fusion 360 and designed to avoid the common issues found in other similar models. You can easily customize almost every part of it — from the physical layout (cell count, cell size for AA, AAA, C, D, 18650, cell height, base thickness) to print-related parameters (outer wall thickness, layer height, and clearance between the battery and the walls).
The result is a lightweight, strong, and fast-to-print holder optimized for vase-mode printing.

🖨 Recommended Print Settings:

• Nozzle: 0.4 mm
• Layer height: 0.3 mm with 4 bottom shell layers
  or 0.2 mm with 5 bottom shell layers
• Outer wall width: 1 mm
• Vase mode: ON
• Optional: Reduce outer wall speed to 40–60 mm/s
• Optional: Set top surface pattern to Concentric
