Last year, I bought some Tado radiator thermostats to give me better control over my heating in winter. The problem was that when I first installed the M28x1.5 radiator valve coupling, I tightened the screws too much. After about a week, the Tado thermostat fell off the radiator valve. Yes, I broke the part.
Winter is just around the corner, so I decided to print a spare part for it! I tried PLA, but this material cannot withstand the temperature of hot water. This time, I printed with white PETG from Amazon, using a 0.4 mm nozzle and a standard IS profile. To achieve a good print, please use supports on both parts in the following area. In my case, I could remove them without any issues.
