A Miniature Street Lamp Bring moody street vibes right into your home!

This tiny street lamp is perfect for lighting up your desk, night shelf, or kitchen corner.  Design is based on real lamp from my nearby park.

Electronics

You’ll only need a few simple parts to make it work:

  • 5V LED diode - preferably on little PCB, I used something similar to this
  • AAA battery box - you will need metal plates from a box like this or similar
  • ON/OFF switch like this
  • Some wire

How It Works

Insert the metal plates from the battery holder into the base. Mount the switch at the back of the base. Run the wire from the switch up through the lamp’s core to the LED. You can secure the LED at the top using hot glue — or, if you’re using a PCB-mounted LED that fits snugly, you won’t need glue at all.

Printing

I recommend printing from the main_file_street_lamp file. Print all parts separately and glue them together afterward — this saves both material and printing time.

The lamp should fit neatly into the base without the need for glue.
