American Lock 1100 Springless Actuator

This is a springless actuator for the American Lock 1100 series padlocks.

1. Unlock the padlock
2. Remove the screw under where the shackle locks
3. Remove the core
4. Close the shackle and push it down a couple of times to make the actuator and ball bearings drop out
5. Drop the ball bearings back in
6. Press the shackle to the locked position and use a tool to put one ball bearing on each side of the lock leaving the hole for the actuator clear
7. Drop the printed springless actuator in making sure it gets seated completely
8. Rotate the actuator so that it aligns with the core.
9. Drop the core in and reassemble the rest of the lock.
