Kawasaki Versys 650 2022+ Beeline Moto 2 holder

Holder for Beeline Moto 2 for Kawasaki Versys 650 2022+

Printing profile:

Material: ABS/ASA (preffered) or PETG

Settings:  0.12 or 0.16mm 5 perimeters/walls 40% infill - no supports, no brim  

Hardware needed:

• 5x M3 Heatset inserts - Voron type 5x4x3
• 3x M3x8 socket bolts
• 2x M3x20 socket bolts
• Electrical tape

Build:

1. Use soldering iron to install heatset inserts as on pictures
2. Wrap the “smart bar” on the motorcycle with small amount of electrical tape to protect the paint
3. Install bracket using 2x M3x20 and 1x M3x8 bolts
4. Make sure you like the angle before screwing fully 
5. The small gap between parts is by design
6. Screw in the holder disc
7. Install Belline Moto 2 as usual 
8. You can use two grooves to strap the charging USBC cable using cable ties
