Munchkin Counter (Kill-O-Meter)

After printing, test fit the print before glueing it. The pins on the top probably needs to be trimmed down in order for the level disc to spin. Then just glue the bottom and top piece together on the triangles. Make sure the slot in the ring is on the top. Then glue the level retainer in on the brim.
