My first hinges(BLUE hinge) showed minor issues
1. The hinge walls were thin, and some broke
2. The mounting screws were starting to break through
After fighting with print in place hinges, I lit on my version, the (RED hinges).
BLUE, have a pivot point outer radius of 3.7mm, I bumped them to 5.4mm, just enough to clear the base. BLUE, mounting screws were breaking through(white spots), so I added 2.5mm higher base
I used the removable pivot pins from https://www.printables.com/model/1176269-ad5m-hinge-pin for easy door removal, though any 4mm pin can work.
NOTE: By experimenting and printing the hinges on a 45-degree angle with supports, they get approximately 60% stronger also.
