My father In-Law showed me a set of old curtains at their house, and mentioned that the style is very old, and that the custom plastic pins needed to hand curtains on them have been discontinued, and are very difficult to get.
Using one he had as a reference, I designed a sturdier alternative. The T part of the hook sits in a guide rail that allows the curtain to be pulled back and forth. The metal pin can be pulled and secured to the other side of the long portion, keeping a bit of curtain pinched in the shorter bit.
This is extremely niche, but if you find it useful, amazing.
