Requires some assembly and three drops of super glue, everything else is 100% printed.

You're gonna need one of each component, except the side gears, locks and screws for which you need two of each. All the .stl files are saved in what I consider the correct print orientation, enable supports for the flat screws and ‘phone holder’ piece, everything else doesn't need them.

Included are also some longer jaws for smartphones in landscapes/small tablets, with those the clamping range is about 12.3cm to 18/19cm and for 11inch tablets, with those the clamping range is about 16.3cm to 22/23cm.
I suggest measuring your device and choosing accordingly, it's better to be on the lower side of the possible extension.

Instructions:

Place the middle gear on the inside of the back plate, then glue the cross shape on the knob with the one on the back of the gear.
Place the two side gears on the two slots in the back of the phone holder with the gears facing inwards.
Place the back plate with the middle gear and knob on the back on the holder.
Push the two locks in place.
Make sure the jaws can easily go in all the way, place a screw on each of the jaws and also make sure that them too can easily go in all the way. Then place the screws flush with the external side of the thread (just to have a reference so that both jaws are at the same distance)
Place a drop of glue on either the screws or the gears, then push the jaws in and the screws cross shape in the gears' cross slot, wait for the glue to dry.
Rotate the knob to pull the jaws together or push them apart. Applying a little pressure on the knob helps to avoid skipping on the gears, especially on the first uses before some friction goes away. Enjoy.
