PETG seems to hold up the longest, so I suggest printing it with that. Use Voron standard print settings for best results (no higher than .2 layer height or the snaps will not work).
The tabs can be cut off to make end pieces.
Each snap-cap should go on pretty easily and remove easily too, but you may have to pinch the link slightly depending on how tolerances come out for insertion/removal.
The bend radius is very tight but not so tight that it will wear your wires out. Should work on Voron printers, that's where I use them.
