PDFI'm printing these in PETG with 15% infill. But really all settings are at your discretion as long as the durability will suit your own purposes.
I recommend ‘molle V2,’ especially for straps as the cuts are center on the molle clips which may offer better security regardless of mounting position and pack movement.
The “very snug” fit model is just that. For my print in PETG 0.20mm layers, I need a pry tool to release the tracker. Maybe overkill for many applications, but maybe useful too …
I have also posted a reference model of the tracker itself, which you may find useful for modeling or other fitment testing.

Differences of the remix compared to the original
I rebuilt this model from scratch with a goal for fuller protection for the tracker. I modeled it for a slightly more snug fit as well as a centered position of the molle clips. I also made the retention lip just a bit more aggressive.
One version has the molle clip modified as well for strap security. Both versions still allowing charging without removal.
