The space at the back between the wall and the router is set to 20mm. This should be enough space for the cables. If you need more space you can adjust the distance via the variable “Mount: Distance” variable in the FreeCAD project file.
The fit of the router inside the mount is tight, but not too tight. It's 0.1mm on each side/wall. You can adjust the space via the “Mount: Space” variable in the FreeCAD project file.
The wall thickness of the mount is set to 2.0mm and can be adjusted via the “Mount: Thick” variable in the FreeCAD project file.
The hole for the screw is set to 4.7mm in diameter and the counterbore is set to 9.0mm in diameter. Both can be adjusted in the FreeCAD project file with “Mount: Screwhole” and “Mount: Counterbore”. It's made for 4.0 pan head screws with a loose fit.
I've printed this wall mount with Sunlu PLA+ with 0.3mm draft presets and paint-on supports for the pocket in the bottom back.
