V-Slot 2040 External Corner Connector (Tall L-Bracket)

This is a tall external corner connector for 2040 V-slot aluminum extrusion profiles (or two stacked 2020 profiles).
It connects two profiles at a 90° angle from the outside, keeping the corner open and structurally clean.

The part extends over two profile heights (40 mm), making it stronger and more stable than the single 2020 version — perfect for larger frame builds or enclosures that need added rigidity.

The design is snap-fit / friction-fit, meaning no screws or T-nuts are required.
You can scale the Z-axis in your slicer to make the bracket taller if needed.
