Designed to fit a standard 50mm tow ball, as used in the UK, Europe and Australia & New Zealand

Print in something UV resistive such as PETG or ASA

Glue the 3 parts together or plastic weld/melt them

Should be a snug fit, if it's a little loose a small amount of cloth wrapped on your ball should help.
