Nextruder Nozzle Box – Print-in-Place with TPU Insert

This print-in-place storage boxes is designed to hold two or five Nextruder nozzles safely and neatly. It prints without supports, with movable hinges printed in place. These boxes shares its design DNA with the Filament Sample Box – Print-in-Place Organizer.

The flexible inner holder is printed from TPU, keeping the nozzles snugly in place, while the outer case is printed from PETG or PLA. The box snaps closed securely and can be easily opened when needed.

Ideal for storing spare nozzles near your printer or for carrying them in your tool kit.
 

Printing tips

• Material: Outer case – PETG or PLA; Insert – TPU
• Supports: None
• Orientation: As provided (do not rotate)
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm recommended
• Layer height: 0.2 mm

Notes

You can adjust the TPU infill or wall thickness for a tighter or looser fit depending on your filament flexibility.
