QIDI Q2 Hotend adapter for Stealthburner (SB) with Filametrix

Adapter for installing QIDI Q2 Hotend to Voron Stealthburner toolhead.

Hotend supports 40 mm^3/s and has unicorn nozzle 

Important: Q2 hotend contains K-type termocouper by default, you should use some converter (MAX31855, etc) or replace it to compatible sensor
I don't check is tenzo sensor work, may be it will be in future
