I printed the facial features in separate colours and then superglued the tongue to the mouth. To prevent spillage on the parts, I recommend using a toothpick to "brush" on the glue carefully.

I then softened the mouth using a heat gun and moulded it to the ball's shape. Then, with small drops of super glue, I placed them on the ball.
