A compact Gridfinity-compatible holder for the CNCKitchen Insert Removal Tool. Prints with no supports. Please post a Make with your print and setup!
I got tired of hunting for my CNCKitchen Insert Removal Tool.
So I designed a dedicated Gridfinity that keeps everything in one place, always ready on the workbench or in my drawer.
This module gives you:
- A dedicated dock for the CNCKitchen Insert Removal Tool (the ring).
- A place for the 5x3 (m2, m2.5, m3) screws.
- A small footprint so it doesn’t steal desk space.
- A Gridfinity base so it fits into the rest of your storage system or just sits on its own.
- Both STL (ready to print) and STEP (for remixing).
Print settings (what I used / what I recommend)
- Material: PLA or PETG. PLA is totally fine here because the part is just an organizer, not a functional high-temp tool.
- Layer height: 0.2 mm.
- Infill: ~15–20% (Grid/Cubic/etc.).
- Perimeters / walls: 2–3 perimeters are enough.
- Supports: No. The model is designed to print support-free.
- Orientation: Print it upright as shown in the photos – flat base on the build plate, pockets facing up.
Please share your Make 🙌
I’d really love to see:
- Your color / filament choice
- How you filled the pockets .
- Any remixes (extra rows, lids, magnets, labels, etc.)
Posting a Make helps other people dial in their slicer settings, and it helps me figure out what version / expansion to design next.
If you do print it, PLEASE upload a Make with at least one photo. It means a lot.
