This was made with Claude Sonnet 4.5 and OpenSCAD to prevent damage to the fragile micro-USB ports on the Pi Zero 2 W. I'm using the Inky Impression 7.3" 2025 model (PIM773) but this may work for others as it's just using the spare 2 mounting bosses meant for a Pi 3/4.
The bottom half has a slot on one end to help swing it into position with cables already connected, and the top half has a couple of locating pins to help with alignment to keep it secure.
Initial height was 16mm in total (8mm each) but I added 2mm extra to the top half and started at 2mm hole diamter to secure directly with standoff screws included with the Pimoroni ePaper disaplay (saves having to use a washer on each end).
The cable entry diameter isn't exact as my main focus was preventing the cables from being pulled upwards (plus different cables will have different diameters depending on strain relief).
