Bosch GKS 190 GUIDE RAIL

Guide rail adapter for the Bosch GKS 190 Professional circular saw.

For inspiration I used  “Bosch GWS 10.8V / 12V Guide” by @HAMMER_T.

Printed from petg in two parts and glued together.

My print:

0,28mm layer

30% infill

4 perimeters

5 bottom and top layers

Supports on the bed

For greater strength, a 100mm long M3 threaded rod is used at the gluing point.

Four M4 nuts can be inserted into the groove and M4x25 screws can be used to lock the saw. Hex head bolts are better.

A little sanding will probably be needed :)
