I tried to reduce plastic consumption, make it light, and keep it easy to print for most users. I recommend printing in ASA and using tree support (I make them manually on Orca to get the best result, but it should be okay in auto I guess). I attached some examples on where to place them. 5% infill is enough to keep the structure while making it light.
The Arco has excellent kinematics, motors, and drivers, but it's too loud for my office.
As usual, I redesigned the tool head to accommodate a Noctua A4x20mm fan for improved cooling and reduced noise. It is also possible to replace the 5015 with a better alternative, featuring either a short or a large aperture; both options are available.
I also provide a “raw” unmodded, unchamfered toolhead cover design and the full F3D (Fusion 360 file) so other modder can make their own designs starting from a solid basis.
The fan adapter is helpful if you also want to replace the PSU fan, which is quite loud as well.
Feel free to mod & remix (with attribution).
