MK1- 18mm SEGMENTAL BLADE UTILITY KNIFE

Hello everyone, I have long wanted to make a segmented knife for myself with the most accurate fixation of the blade, without gaps. This is the primary model that confirms that my concept of locking with a wedge lock works. The blade is difficult to move, since there is no rear slider - I will finalize this later, while the blade fixation is very good, without backlash, this is very important when cutting paper accurately for architectural layouts, and it will not be superfluous for other work. In short, I'm completely satisfied with the model, and I hope you like it!

It can be printed from almost any plastic, I made it from HyperPLA, the orientation is 3mf. - the case is printed vertically so that the stiffness at the clamping point is maximized. The accuracy of your printer is important, I customized it to my own. If the retainer does not fit well into the body, just make a couple of passes along the long sides with a burr knife.

Привет всем, давно хотел сделать сегментный нож для себя с максимально точной фиксацией лезвия, без зазоров. Это первичная модель, которая подтверждает, что моя концепция с фиксацией клиновым замком работает. Лезвие сложно перемещать, так как нет заднего ползунка - это впоследствии доработаю, при этом фиксация лезвия очень хорошая, без люфтов, это очень важно при точной резке бумаги для архитектурных макетов, да и для других работ лишним не будет. Короче- модель меня полностью устраивает, надеюсь и вам понравится! 

Может быть напечатано практически из любого пластика, я сделал из HyperPLA, ориентация - смотри 3mf. - корпус печатается вертикально, чтобы жесткость в месте прижима была максимальной. Важна точность вашего принтера, я подгонял под свой. Если фиксатор плохо входит в корпус - просто сделайте пару проходов по длинным сторонам ножом для заусенцев.
