Printed Plunger Tube 25 ID / 28.5 OD X 70 mm - Fits Acorn Dart Blaster

Printed plunger tube ! Sharing as someone asked. If you are lazy or impatient, this works fairly well.  You can use in place of the metal tube version NOT the ODD version.

Print slow and with dialed in printer and filament.  Use random seam alignment.   I used Voxel clear PLA + because I got a bunch really cheap - did not try other filaments. Then use the sanding cylinder to smooth the inside.   I used 220, 400 and 1000 grit.  Probably overkill but i had it laying around.   The cylinder has a slot for the ends of the sandpaper.  Fold or use tape to keep the sand paper taught.  Chuck the shaft into a drill and sand.   Make sure the tube doesn't get hot.  Check the fit of the plunger + oring as you go.

A quick test shows about 8-10% loss in performance.  I think it could even be better, but it was enough sanding for me ;)
