This design, while intended for use with an ams/ace system, BUT if you wish and do not have multi-color printing, you can manually change the filament on your 3D printer (the last layer is the second color). Use the Base+Top_9x9_wm.

For multi-color printing, I have added 3mf files for Anycubic Slicer Next and Bambu Studio. Alternatively, you can manually load the Base_9x9_wm.stl and top_9x9.stl files into the slicer as a single object with multiple parts. After that, in the Objects tab, change the color to the one you want.

As you can see, the final model has a base color which is more prominent.
Considering this, you can make a red napkin with white stripes, or a white napkin with red stripes πŸͺ„

I also made a 15x15 version and tried to print it at 75% scale

I also made a modular version, each patch has 16 elements (4x4) 🧩  πŸ§©  πŸ§©

No supports needed for printing βœ…, and it assembles without glue βœ…

To connect the fabric, significant force is required πŸ’ͺ

The joint remains flexible βœ…

It's even harder to disconnect. But I found a good method if it's ever needed.
You need to take a men's nail file (often called a needle file πŸ˜‰), press it as shown below, insert the flush cutters (which usually come with the 3d printer) into the groove, which is only present on the pin side, and with the resulting lever, carefully push it upwards.
Of course, don't press on the handles as intended for the cutters πŸ™‚.
