Flexible Chainmail “Fabric” Sheets | Print-in-Place Design

These interlocking chainmail-style sheets are designed for ease of printing, no post-processing required. Each tile prints fully assembled in place, forming a flexible, adaptive surface.

Print-in-Place – No supports, no assembly
Flexible & Conforming – Bends smoothly in multiple directions

Variants:

  • Sturdy Orange Sheet (V3)
    • Print Time: ~11 hours
    • Properties: Highly durable, resists tangling
  • Lightweight Grey Sheet (V2)
  • Print Time: ~4–5 hours
  • Properties: More flexible, faster to print, but prone to tangling and less robust

Designed for FDM printers with good bridging performance. No supports required.
