SV06+ Filament Runout Sensor and Bracket Max Clearance

Remix to move the sensor to a higher position on the printer.

Added cable tunnel with Print Bridges that can be removed after printing with a sharp knife. (see pic)

Added Trimmable Print Supports on bracket angle that can be removed after printing with a sharp knife. (see pic)

Note: Only tested with 1kg filament spools and original spool holder.

Print as pictured. No supports needed.

Parts needed: 
2 pcs 4x20mm hex head bolts
2 pcs non-locking M4 hex nuts

Edit: Added Trimmable Print Supports on bracket angle.

Repositioned location of sensor. Added cable conduit. Tweaked cover. Reworked base/support for stock bracket screws.
