Inspired by a mall functioning fidget (printed by an unknown stranger and smugled inside the house by my son) I designed this fidget toy. Printed in one go, and no supports needed. For a few links, I added some internal supports that will break when you start moving the blocks.
Material that works best: I printed it of tough PLA (PLA+). Other material will most likelly work too, exept basic PLA I wouldn’t advise because as it might snap to easy.
I applied the following settings for my print.
Note: Please consider other settings incase you think this helps you or the design in any way.
Please let me know if you print these models and what you think of it.
Any feedback is always welcome.
Have fune!

I began my 3D printing journey in 2023 — A deliberate step into a world that blends creativity with engineering. Drawn to the story and philosophy behind Prusa, I chose to start with one of their printers the MK4. As an engineer, I find this manufacturing method both fun and deeply educational. It challenges to think differently about how you (approach) design and builds: from individual parts to assemblies.
