Milwaukee Track Saw Dust Cover M18 logo

Remix of Rasmus 3D Track Saw dust cover but I added the M18 logo for multicolor print.

Works on Milwaukee M18 FUEL 6-1/2"  FPS55 Plunge Track Saw,  part numbers 2831-20 or 2831-21.

Print with logo facing down so no supports are needed. Logo is 0.6mm/3 layers thick. 

Made mine in basic PLA and have made lots of cuts with the saw without any issues. Other materials can be used, just adjust your settings accordingly. 

If you have a Core One without a MMU/AMS you can just use the G-Code file. Printing requires 7 manual filament change outs, and change sequence is: Black, Red, White, Black, Red, Black, White, Black.

Printers with MMU/AMS use the STL files. Unzip file and in Prusa Slicer add only the first file. In Slicer right side pane, right click on the first part you added, click “add part”, then “load”. Now add the rest of the unzipped files. Following these steps will import all the parts in the correct location for printing.

Printers without a MMU/AMS you can still use the STL files, but you will have to do manual filament changes. 

Core  One Print settings : 

Material: PLA

Layer Hight: 0.2 mm 

Infill: 20 % 

Vertical Perimeters: 2 layers 

Horizontal Perimeters Top & Bottom: 4 layers

This remix adds the M18 logo for multicolor printing.
