Slim 6-Card Pop-Up Wallet with cash storage

This is a complete redesign of the original Pop-Up Credit Card Wallet Spreader with Coin/Cash Storage by Mike.
I recreated every single part from scratch to make it slimmer, stronger, and more practical — without scaling the original model.

🔧 Key improvements

Reduced dimensions: from 103 × 68 × 17.55 mm → now only 101.5 × 63.2 × 13 mm, making it noticeably thinner and more pocket-friendly.

Still fits 6 cards — the pop-up mechanism remains fully functional.

Cash compartment: fits up to 2 folded bills.

New spring mechanism: redesigned for a narrower body while keeping reliable card tension.

Closed front window: prevents dust and debris from entering the card chamber.

Honeycomb texture: added on both sides for improved grip and aesthetics.

Front panel includes a removable insert with the same honeycomb pattern.

The raised ridges between the hexagons protrude by 1 mm for tactile feedback.

Fasteners: uses 6 × M2 × 10 mm countersunk screws with matching nuts.

🧵 Printing notes

Recommended material: PETG for flexibility and wear resistance.

Layer height: 0.2 mm, 3 perimeters, 15–20 % infill.

No supports required for most parts (depending on printer tolerance).

Assembly is straightforward — use the included screw holes for alignment.
