---Title:
MP7 Foregrip & Adapter

---Citations:
I started by designing an adapter for my MP7 foregrip that I had taken off my VFC/Elite Force MP7 AEG. I then realized how simple the design of the grip itself was and decided to draw that up as well.

---Description:
This is an MP7 Fore grip and picatinny Adapter.
It includes several variations of adapters depending on how much picatinny rail space you have to mount it.

---Variants:
Foregrip:
01, 02 & 03 are the 3 primary components needed to build the Foregrip.
Every part without a "_V#" is as close to the reference model as I could get it.
V2 replaced the set screws/roll pin with an M3x20mm Bolt.
V2.1 matches the ".1" Adapters with some modified dimensions to make the action of folding the grip smoother.
Pin & Plate:
Used in place of a 7.9mm pin to connect the Foregrip to the Adapter.
V2 replaced the 8-32x1" Bolt & Nut with M4x25mm Bolt & Nut.
V3 cleaned up some dimensions and modified for a more aesthetic finish.
Plug:
Used when a long enough spring can be sourced for the Foregrip.
Adapter:
Allows use of a Foregrip on a picatinny rail.
V2 is 111mm long and uses 8-32 hardware. It has a rectangular design on it.
V3 is 78mm long and uses 8-32 hardware. It has a rectangular design on it.
V4 is 119mm long and uses 8-32 hardware. It has an ovular design on it.
V5 is 78mm long and uses 8-32 hardware. It has an ovular design on it.
V6 & .1's is 142mm long and has a hand stop built in. All revs with a ".1" use M4 hardware. It has an ovular design on it.
MAX11 is designed for use on a Lage Manufacturing MAX-11 upper. This was a special request.

---Hardware:
M3x20mm Bolt for assembling the Foregrip V2+
7.9mm ODx19mm retaining Pin for mounting the Foregrip OR an M4x25mm Bolt & nut in combo with the Pin & Plate
a spring with a max OD of Ø12.5mm and >44mm long (this length can be compensated for with Plugs)
2x M4x25mm Bolt & Nut for mounting the Adapter.

---Printed Parts:
MP7_Foregrip-01 (I recommend V2)
MP7_Foregrip-02 (I recommend V2)
MP7_Foregrip-03 (I recommend V2.1)
MP7_Foregrip-Pin (I recommend V3)
MP7_Foregrip-Pin_Plate (I recommend V3)
MP7_Foregrip-Adapter (I recommend any "V" that ends with ".1")
MP7_Foregrip-Plug (if spring is not long enough)

---Print Settings:
4+ walls
30%+ infill
Supports where needed
I have included images with recommended print orientations.

---Assembly:
I have included images to help guide assembly
Foregrip:
Sandwich the spring between pieces 02 & 03.
Slide the sandwiched pieces into the bottom of 01.
Insert the M3 Bolt through the hole at the bottom of 01, this should go through all three parts and hold them together.
Adapter:
Mount the Foregrip to the Adapter.
Use the 7.9mm pin or the printed Pin in the aligned holes of the Foregrip and Adapter.
Secure with either a retaining clip or the Pin_Plate and M4 Bolt & Nut.
Use the 2xM4x25mm Bolts and Nuts to mount the Adapter to a picatinny rail.
