Designed for CarlThePumpkinMan's Pumpkin Jam 48hr print contest, theme “Length”.

It's a fully printable foot stool for PLA, using bowtie joints. The design is modular so you can make it as long as you want but the design in the picture is for 3 parts either 180mm cube or 160mm cube pieces (for smaller printers like the Prusa Mini or Bambu A1 mini).

I printed the example with 4 perimeters, 10% grid infill in Prusament Army Green PLA.

There is a 0.15mm tolerance for the dovetail so It's very tight, you might need a mallet. You only need a little super glue on all the interfaces to keep the pieces from sliding.

From the picture you can see I have my full body weight (more than 80kg) on this stool. It does bend but hasn't collapsed. I would highly recommend just using left and right without the center piece to make it more stable. Caution: use at your own risk, injury might occur if you exceed the tension of the printed joints.

This also might be useful as a shoe rack or a sit/stand stool for kids.
