270 degree door hinge

Fully 3D printable door hinge allowing for 270 degrees of motion. Perfect for doors that require hinges to be mounted from the outside. 

Printing

Settings

No special setting are necessary for this print. Just remember to use supports on the hinge pin like shown in the picture.

Material

For material, i used basic white PLA and it seems to be plenty strong for my application.

Mounting

I have used six M4x15 allen head screws and six M4 nuts, but the length of the screws depend on the thickness of material you are going to be mounting it to.

The two parts are interchangeable and it doesn't really matter which part you place on the door and which part you mount to the cabinet.
