HPI Micro RS4 Front and Rear Wheels for D Compound Tires

Since wheels for the micro RS4 seem to be discontinued, I created some basic wheels that fit the HPI D Compound soft rubber tires. There is a center block support so that the tire foam stickers do not need to be used.
