The height of the base has been reduced by 0.2mm, enough for 2 layers on the bottom. This allows it to be used easily with the original retention ring. However, it could be a user error on my end.
On the original model, the nubs could be a little too big and I found it difficult to attach or detach from the headphones.
There are 2 different versions here. 1 has all nubs removed, making it easy to drop in and use with the retention ring but has the draw back of possibly free spinning. The other has the 2 bottom nubs while leaving both the top nubs intact to prevent the free spinning but still maintaining the easy drop in.
Printed with:

With the amount of perimeter and shell layers, the infill settings does not matter.
