I fixed a few issues I had when printing the original by "frmdbl":

  • Strengthened the prongs at the top by attaching them to each other with a ring, so it doesn't bend too much during printing and ruins overhangs.
  • Thickened the bottom cone so the inner perimeter has something to adhere to during printing.

Printing:

Layer height: 0.2 (DO NOT print at lower layer height as it will put more pressure on and bend the many thin details and ruin overhang detail)

Perimeters: 3

Brim: On.

Inner perimeters first(default in Prusaslicer)

Avoid crossing perimeters: ON.

Speed on overhangs: Reduce them by 10-20%, depending on printer and preset.

Temperature: Lowest recommended for your filament.

Cooling: 100%, all the time(except first layers).

Infill: Whatever, there is no real need for infill in any part other than the temporary base.

Assembly:

Same as for the original: Cut/saw off the base and press on the hanger(from original).

I would love to fix a few other details, like the too small gaps or strange asymmetric cells, but it is a PITA with only a .stl.
