BTT MINI12864 mount for ENDER NG v1.2 with vervurax FLASH MESH SKIRTS

Remixed a few great models to mount BTT MINI12864 on Ender NG v1.2 and FLASH SKIRTS. 
I used four M3x5x5 heat inserts in the case (case is in my other remix, I don't know why but I cannot add here this file due to license problems although remix there is also allowed) and M3 nuts in the SKIRT to CASE mount
