Meet Cappy McRailface.
We bought a generic roof rack for our car from the big river e-tailer in the US. The first time I removed an end cap to change T-track attachments, it broke. As did the other three. Replacements are not available. So I spent a truly stupid amount of time sketching, measuring, rendering, printing and repeating until I produced these.
Go forth and replace thy busted roof rack bar/rail end caps.
Use a filament that can stand up to sunlight and heat; PETG at a minimum. I haven't yet used these through a summer, and have a feeling I'll need to reprint them in Nylon/PAHT-CF.
This is specifically designed for bars with THIS profile:

If you have any other shape, this won't fit.
