Samsung Fridge Drain Hose Grommet

This is a 3D-printed replacement for the drain outlet grommet (cap) used in Samsung refrigerator RB37J5009SA, equivalent to part DA63-00246B. The original “duckbill” cap often clogs or tears, causing water leaks inside the fridge. 

The model was printed in Polymaker Polyflex TPU95, providing flexibility and sealing similar to the original. It fits on the drain tube above the compressor pan and directs defrost water safely into the tray. 

Recommended settings:

• Nozzle 0.4mm
• Layer height: 0.2 mm 
• Orientation: vertical (opening up), no supports needed

Tested and confirmed to work as a reliable replacement for the factory part.
